Ordering

Orders can be placed by phone or e-mail. To order by e-mail, please be sure to include your name, shipping address  of delivery, telephone number,  description and reference number of the item(s)  you wish to buy.

 

Payment

The item(s) will be dispatched as soon as the payment transaction is completed. We accept debit/credit cards and wire bank transfers.

 

Prices

Our prices are in Norwegian Kroner. Other currencies estimated will be circa prices and will be set to the current exchange rate on the day of payment. Custom taxes and/or import taxes are not included and will be covered by the customer.

 

Nature of goods

The aim is to sell pieces in as good original condition as possible, but since the stock is vintage there may be some wear. More detailed condition descriptions and photographs are available on request. All dimensions and weights stated within product descriptions are approximate.

 

Returns

We offer a money back guarantee if the buyer is not entirely happy with the purchased item. The guarantee is subject to the following terms:

  •  The goods have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent.
  •  We need to receive a notification by e-mail within 7 days of the arrival, that the buyer intend to return the goods. The goods have to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The items have to be well packed and any loss or breakage will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer has to cover the cost for the return shipping.
  • Products modified at request of the buyer can not be refunded.
  • The goods should not have been installed or modified in anyway.
  • The shipping costs to the customer will not be refunded.

 If an item is damaged or gone missing, please contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of delivery. The damage items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

Electrical goods

Please note we do not supply any form of guarantee or certification with our electrical goods. We recommend all electrical items to be installed and certified by a qualified electrician.

 

Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide and arrange packing and transport by professional shipping companies. All prices on our website are excluding shipping. If you would like a delivery quote, please contact us.
